Twitter is a social networking tool that is simple and straight forward. It allows users to send and receive short messages of 140 characters or less known as "tweets". These messages can be sent and received via the internet, external applications, or text message. Twitter allows individuals and organizations to quickly disseminate information to their "followers" in an easy and convenient way.

At Harvest Christian Fellowship we are using Twitter as another means of keeping people updated and aware of the different things we have going on here at the church. From reminders about upcoming events to devotional thoughts and encouraging words from the pastors, those who sign up can expect to receive a few updates from us a week.
